What we automatically receive Netlify (our hosting provider) automatically handles technical logs necessary to deliver the site, including IP addresses (briefly for delivery and security), browser type, timestamps, referrer, and basic server logs. When you submit this form, the data you provide (specifically an NFT ID, an optional nickname, and your message) is processed through our service provider, Formspree, Inc. We do not collect email addresses or other personally identifiable information through this form. Submitted content is used solely for displaying messages within the Fanbase. Wallet connections If you connect a wallet, your public wallet address is visible to your browser and any smart contract interactions are public on-chain. Public wallet addresses are considered public blockchain data and are not stored by Prime Panther beyond the scope of your interactions. We do not store private keys or wallet contents. 5. Data sharing & third parties Other than the technical service providers mentioned (Netlify and Formspree), we do not sell, rent, or otherwise share data. Links to social platforms are external and governed by those platforms' privacy policies. 6. Retention & Security Prime Panther does not retain personal data beyond what is required for technical operations. Messages submitted to the Fanbase remain visible as part of the public community display unless removal is requested. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data during transmission and processing. 7. Your rights As no email addresses or real names are collected, data subject rights apply specifically to content submitted via the Fanbase (NFT IDs and messages). Users may request removal of their displayed content at any time. 8. Legal basis Technical data is processed strictly for website functionality and security. Submitting the Fanbase form is voluntary and constitutes consent to process the submitted data for community engagement purposes. 9.
