1. Token Ownership Owning a Prime Panther NFT means you own the blockchain token (the token ID). This proves ownership on-chain but does not transfer intellectual property rights in the artwork, the platform, or other project content. 2. Default License: Non-Commercial Use Each holder receives a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Examples include profile pictures, avatars, personal social media branding, memes, fan art, videos, streams, or printing for personal/private use. Non-commercial use means use that does not generate direct or indirect revenue. 3. Commercial Use by Permission Commercial use is not allowed without written permission from the Prime Panther team. This includes selling merchandise, using the artwork for business branding, licensing to third parties, or any activity reasonably intended to generate revenue. Approvals are granted case-by-case and may include licensing fees or revenue-sharing arrangements. 4. Rights Reserved by Prime Panther Prime Panther retains all intellectual property and commercial rights for the collection, including the right to produce official merchandise, grant licenses, or use any artwork for project-related commercial activities. This includes, but is not limited to, selling products using any Panther artwork at our discretion. 5. Transfer When you transfer the NFT, your license ends automatically, and the buyer receives the same default non-commercial license. Prime Panther assumes no responsibility for the use of the artwork by subsequent owners. 6. Prohibited Uses Holders may not use the artwork in connection with illegal activity, hate speech, violent extremist content, defamation, or any activity that could harm the Prime Panther brand. Violations may result in license revocation and/or legal action to the extent technically and legally enforceable.
